Mediterranean Avenue of the Union is now open to traffic permanently after the completion of renovations, which began last November and involves an investment of 155,633 euros by the Autonomous Community and the Hall locality.
The new route comes after the improvement works of the N-332 in the stretch in front of the districts of Sierra Mining and Santa Barbara, from the round of the Red Cross, one of the entrances to town.
They have renovated and built new sidewalks, a central median with artificial turf and ornamental vegetation, and the correction of the discrepancy between the district's own Sierra Mining and Mediterranean Avenue.
