In the presence of a large group of militants and sympathizers of the New Generations of La Union (NN GG), the Secretary General's Party in the mining town, Francisco Bernabé, and GG NN President of La Union, Fernando Alcaraz, gave to know, as yesterday, the varied and complete program of activities designed from the youth organization to streamline unionense spring.
The ceremony was also attended by team members of the Popular Party government in the municipality of La Union.
Will be months of intense sport, leisure, as well as awareness of the natural environment of La Union and knowledge of its rich historical heritage.
In the words of Francisco Bernabe, young people of La Union and neighboring towns may "enjoy a spring full of engaging activities that will emphasize the promotion of healthy living and habits through sports, nature and leisure" .
For his part, Fernando Alcaraz stressed "the enthusiasm with which New Generations facing the development of these activities that are sure to arouse the interest of all our neighbors, young and not so young, because we are open to participation by all citizens" .
The program of activities organized by new generations of the Union in the spring of 2011 is as follows:
WEEKEND NATURE
Respect and care for the environment is a major concern for New Generations of La Union.
Thus, two performances have been promoted directly linked to our Sierra Minera.
On Saturday February 5, and in collaboration with other local authorities will conduct a cleanup of the site of El Chorrillo, while Sunday February 6 will be a hiking route along the Way of 33, from La Union to Portman, through the Mining Park.
Both activities will begin at 10 o'clock in the morning and the meeting point will be the main gate of the Old Public Market.
All participants will be invited to snacks and refreshments.
LOCAL BASKETBALL LEAGUE IV 'UNION CITY'
For the fourth consecutive year, New Generations organized Local Basketball League 'Union City'.
The tournament, now fully established, has become one of the amateur leagues at the most important of the Region of Murcia.
In its latest issue involving a total of ten teams from the District of Cartagena and, for this year, is expected to even exceed that figure.
Matches are held at the Municipal Sports Complex Indoor Hall (Plaza of Sanchez) on schedule on Saturday afternoon.
The deadline for entries is February 15.

I PADDLE LOCAL LEAGUE
The recent construction of the first two paddle courts in the town, situated in the Municipal Sports Center has meant a revolution for all lovers of this young sport, which have virtually collapsed times the same game.
Therefore, from New Generation of the Popular Party Launches Local League I paddle in pairs, for all those teams of two players who wish to participate in it.
The venue of the championship will be the new paddle Municipal Sports Complex and the deadline for registration is February 15.

WEEKEND YOUTH
In collaboration with New Generations of the Region of Murcia, La Union will host a weekend dedicated to the youth of our region, which will visit the Parque Minero de La Union, also held leisure activities cultural and recreational activities for youth in our area and visitors.
