The current State Housing Plan 2009 - 2012 the Government of Spain has a budget for the Region of Murcia from more than 355 million euros
The government delegate in the Region of Murcia, Rafael González Tovar and CEO SEPES, Pedro Saura, along with the mayor of Union, Francisco Bernabé and the Minister of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, participated today in an act of handing over the keys of 24 housing in the neighborhood of San Gil de La Union, framed within the State Housing Plan 2005-2008.
The Government representative stated that "housing policy is a priority for the Government of Spain" by what your budget "despite the forced austerity is maintained at maximum."
The homes delivered this morning belong to the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Area neighborhood of San Gil, La Union where 48 homes have been renovated with a state contribution to 338,759 euros.
González Tovar said that the current State Housing Plan 2009 - 2012, the Government of Spain provides over 32,000 performances in the Region of Murcia, of which 17,430 represent the energy both as integral rehabilitation of housing.
Moreover, the delegate added that over the past 5 years with the State Housing Plan 2005 to 2008, the Central Government has approached the Ministry to aid 14,382 families Murcia.
