The next Board of Governors of the City of La Union will approve the bid to install five electronic displays at bus shelters along major bus stops in the municipality, an initiative that aims to provide information on various services to all users this means of transport.
To this end, electronic screens not only provide information on routes and schedules of bus lines, but also data of interest related to the weather forecast and the various activities taking place in the municipality unionense, among other services.
The mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, stressed the importance of such infrastructure, since "not only will allow a significant modernization and, consequently, a higher quality of road passenger transport, but also will improve information services about what is happening in the city, adding to itself a remarkable aesthetic improvement to bus stops. "
Work on the placement of these electronic screens have a budget of 110,000 euros fully funded by the Directorate General of Transport of the region.
