Pinion House, home of the current City Hall unionense, became yesterday, before a large audience, in a rush of excitement spiced with the unmistakable flamenco land, as in the V Closing Ceremony for the 150 anniversary The Union held a concert tribute to flamenco and copies of county residents.
On this occasion, the cultural aspect of the closing day they put the singer's voice and guitar Encarnación Fernández Antonio Munoz, who thrilled the respectable with a concert where no lack of tarantas and miners, and those present felt , based on chords and nuances, history and tradition of the place of origin.
This concert served as a prelude to the appointment as honorary citizen of the Union Cabezos Ginés, teacher for over forty years and sports enthusiast, Roger Mouzo, labor activist and tireless scholar of The Union and its history, Antonio Fernandez, a teacher at singing, touch and guitar, and Molly Vincent, virtuoso embroidery and essential figure in the cultural and festive events of the municipality.

After this event will be awarded the Medals of Merit Local Union to the Rondalla and Chorus Home for the Elderly (Gold) Scout Group Our Lady of Sorrows (Gold); to Agrupación Musical La Unión (Silver), and Coral Argentum (Bronze).
