The City of La Union has produced a varied program of activities to mark the Feast of Portman in honor of its patron, St. James.
The Mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, hopes that "all the neighbors this holiday season fill the streets of Portman to enjoy days of fun and joy."
The proclamation of the Festival will be held in the afternoon, from 20:30, by José María Sánchez Carrión.
Musical performances, children's games, monologues and sports activities are among the acts that will run until next Sunday, the feast of St. James.
