Citizens can receive up to 15,000 euros to carry out rehabilitation and a maximum of 30,000 euros in case of rebuilding their homes
The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructures, Francisco Bernabé, today introduced the Area Regeneration and Urban Renewal (ARRU) of La Union, within the Housing Plan, with an investment of more than 1.4 million euros, will improve tissues residential by renovating 173 homes, and enhance the functionality of the center with the redevelopment of urban spaces.

In the case of carrying out rehabilitation work, citizens can obtain assistance to reach almost 50 percent of the budget, with a maximum amount of 14,850 euros, while in the reconstruction, will benefit from aid involving up to 35 percent of the cost, with a maximum of 30,000 euros per household.
During the presentation, the head of the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure, accompanied by the mayor, Pedro Lopez, explained that in a few dates "will be published in the Official Gazette of the Region convening this line of support" once that the agreement between the Ministry of Development, the Community and the City is signed.
