The afternoon of November 26, 2019 will be remembered for the shameful image offered by the unionense councilor, who in view of the PP councilors did not enter their usual game of disqualifications and lies, took advantage of a question from the group of Citizens to discredit the work of the popular in previous legislatures and incidentally insult the spokeswoman of the Popular group, Sofía Manrubia.
He even hinted that it was silly recreating the familiar saying "when a fool takes a road ...", replacing the fool with Sofia.
He also said that the councilors of the PP did not care about the municipality, which did not understand how he was not ashamed to be the spokesperson for "that party."
The patience of the popular came to an end when the mayor reproached the recent absences of Sofia Manrubia, to which she replied that it was due to labor issues.
At that moment they got up and left the plenary hall, so that the avalanche of reproaches ceased on the occasion of a question regarding the state of a wall made by Citizens.
The Popular Municipal Group announces that it will not tolerate any more behavior of this nature in plenary sessions, announcing that it will take to the last consequences the defense of the honor of the popular councilors.
