Members of the Civil Guard of La Roda have arrested a person of 18 years of age, and two minors, all of whom are neighbors of the same locality, as alleged perpetrators of a crime of inducement to abandon a minor's home.
The parents of the minor denounced his disappearance in the Murcia town of La Union, being located in the Albacete of La Roda, living with the three detainees.
Research
The Civil Guard of La Roda was aware of the complaint that the parents of a 15-year-old girl had presented due to the disappearance of the same in the Murcia town of La Union shuffling the possibility that she was living with several people in the town of Roden.
According to the Guardia Civil, the missing child had met another minor on the Internet three years ago, traveling with other relatives to meet the missing woman, since the only contact they had had was through of the network.
With the information provided in the complaint, the Benemérita made the necessary arrangements to try to locate the people who could be behind the disappearance of the minor, also trying to locate it.
The search for the minor, in which several patrols of the Civil Guard participated, covered the different neighborhoods of La Roda, obtaining during this device different information that led the agents to narrow down the place where the minor remained.
After being located, in perfect health, the minor was handed over to her parents, stating that she had moved to La Roda voluntarily.
Indiction offense to abandonment of home
The detained person, of legal age, could face a prison sentence of six months to two years, according to article 224 of the Penal Code, for this type of crime.
Measures / detainees
The proceedings conducted by the Investigation Team of the Civil Guard of La Roda, together with the arrested adult, were placed at the disposal of the Court of Instruction No. UNO of La Roda, a copy of which is forwarded to the Office of the Children's Prosecutor of Albacete.
