Flamenco Avenue hosted the choreographed parade of flamenco costumes by "Tu falda flamenca".
The sewing workshop of the unionists Ana and Toñi Ganaza made for the occasion more than a score of flamenco dresses with the characteristic topos of the designers, inspired by the tablao dances.
All an artistic and textile display at the foot of the Cathedral of Cante.
The sound of the parade was put by the flamenco recital by Manuel Pedro Fernández, "El Titi".
The cantaor delighted the attendees who approached the Old Public Market to listen to his art.
Both activities are part of the numerous activities planned in the program El Cante en la Calle, which aims to disseminate and bring this art to the public free of charge during the galas and competitions of the International Festival of Cante de las Minas.
The afternoon session ended with the discovery of the plaque honoring the "Niño Alfonso", an outstanding unionist cantaor who now has his place in the Avenida del Flamenco, along with other illustrious names of flamenco.
The activities scheduled in El Cante en la Calle will continue tomorrow, at 8:00 pm, with a Fan Design Workshop by PMK, in the Plaza de Joaquín Costa.
