The Plenum of the Municipal Corporation of the City of La Union, with votes for PP and IU and against the PSOE, approved award, directly, to the Public Land and Business Equipment in the Region of Murcia, SAU (SEREMUR), the sale of seven parcels of the Industrial I Bolarín of La Union.
The seven parcels covering an area of 13,000 m2.
SEREMUR will develop in this space a pilot project for sustainable industrial architecture.
The Mayor of La Unión, Bernabe Francisco, said that "the sale of plots of the Society Range Public Land, the City will implement a project of vital importance for the future of the city."
The City of La Union will allocate proceeds from the sale of plots of the Industrial I Bolarín to cover the cost of various activities that require a municipal investment.

Similarly, the City executed the purchase of the land where the new school located Alfonso X El Sabio.
Another project that will benefit from the injection of cash received in the municipal treasury is the adaptation and extension of the Mining Museum.
To this end, the Council of the Union annexed to acquire solar Workers Lyceum building.
This project involves the construction of an auditorium with 250 seats, designed to accommodate plays, concerts, conferences, etc.
GOLD MEDAL OF MERIT TO THE FOUNDATION LOCAL Vedruna
Moreover, the House has approved the award of the Gold Medal of Merit to the Foundation Local Vedruna, based on the proven merits which contribute to this institution for its work in cultural, sporting and social aspects of the city.
