Before the news appeared in various media relating to the possible existence of liens on the building "House Pinion, Urban affect the agreement of the same name, by the Government of HE equipment.
City of La Union do know the following:
Has requested information from the Registry of Property of the Union on the registration status of the various estates in the said convention, in order to have a reliable knowledge about it.
It has also called the commercial Peinsa 97, SL, in order to report to the City Council on the status of charges, title or other circumstances that may have varied over those registered property since the adoption of the agreement.
In this sense, it is recalled that under the agreement, currently under review, the specific modification No. 25 of the subsidiary regulations Planning of the municipality, and that once it permanently, and the processing of for Partial Plan will result in an obligation to Peinsa 97, SL, to deliver the title to the building "Casa Pinion" free of all charges and taxes, the City Council accepts no other scene in any way possible about this.
