The Councillor for Health in the City of La Union, Antonio Liarte, various meetings held in the districts of Portman and Roche to optimize the pediatric service is provided in their respective primary care clinics.
Following the recent opening of the Primary Care Clinic Roche, the efforts of Councilman Antonio Liarte, have facilitated the expansion of pediatric consultation, which previously gave attention on Tuesdays from 9:00 to 10:45, and also now offers service on Fridays from 12:00 to 14:00.
In Portman, Councillor of the area, along Pedanías Councilman Jose Luis Rubi, the village headman, Simon Rivas, and the Coordinator of the Health Center of La Union, Juan Francisco Arenas, held a meeting with a representative of the mothers village and neighborhood groups.
In that workshop, it was agreed to establish a compliance monitoring of hours of pediatrics, as well as better treatment and care for service users.
It also agreed to hold a further meeting within three weeks to check the implementation of these agreements.
On the other hand, both the municipal representatives and the neighbors were pleased with the addition of an ambulance designed to portmanero Clinic.
Councilman Antonio Liarte Health, expressed his satisfaction with "the enhanced service will be offered from now," while ensuring "the intention to continue this line of work to continue to improve healthcare in our city ".
