Acting Regional Executive authorized the signing of an agreement between the Community, through the Presidential and Employment, and the city of La Union, in order to integrate local emergency services in the technology management platform incidents of 1-1-2 Emergency Center Murcia.
Under this agreement, the staff of the Emergency City of La Union will have direct access to real-time incidents received by the 1-1-2 and that relate to your municipality through a remote terminal connected the technological platform 1-1-2 emergency management Murcia.
Thus, the said personnel shall immediately activate their emergency services.
The Community is spreading among municipalities in the region to join the platform 1-1-2, which have already built 12 municipalities: Murcia, Cartagena, Lorca, Molina de Segura, San Javier, Aguilas, Mazarrón, The Alcazares, San Javier, Las Torres de Cotillas, Jumilla and Yecla.
Through this agreement, the Ministry provides the technological support, a terminal with the hardware and software needed to connect to the 1-1-2 system software Murcia, as well as initial and ongoing training of municipal staff.
At the headquarters of the Emergency Coordination Center of the Region of Murcia they are at present the Service Call 1-1-2, the Emergency Coordination (CCU) Center of the Emergency Management and Health Emergencies 061 Murciano Health Service Coordination Unit of the Consortium for Fire Fighting and Rescue (CEIS) in the Region of Murcia, Operations Coordination Center (CEPA) and the Service for Abused Women.
In addition, there are remote terminals 1-1-2 Murcia in the provincial headquarters of the National Police and Civil Guard, Government Delegation in the Region of Murcia, State Society of Maritime Safety Agency (Sasemar-Cartagena) Renfe (Valencia), Military Emergency Unit (integration into the National Network of Emergencies of the Ministry of Defense) and Spanish Red Cross in Murcia.
