An absolute fiasco of PP, which has lost three years because no believe in this project or the development model that represents respect for the environment. "

González Tovar requested that the 2006 agreement, signed during the socialist government by the three governments, environmental organizations and neighbors met.

"A project that Barnabas, in collusion with Valcárcel and then seconded by Garre, refused to put the regeneration of the Bay in the hands of an incompetent company, whose president has been arrested for alleged corruption."

The socialist candidate recalled that the Popular Party opposed the amendment tabled by the Socialist Group in September in the Congress of Deputies to budget proceedings for this project.

He also spoke of public services, in particular the need for more and better, because in this town there are large gaps such as the Health Center does not have a dentibuccal or radiology service, although it is has been promising for four years, and with an emergency department within 24 hours.

Neither the offices of the hamlets of Portman and Roche have daily medical care, while Portman is currently very neglected, although it is considered "special point of isolation."
