It was held in the town hall of the City of La Union a coordination meeting of all those involved in public security of the municipality for the realization of the Festival del Rosario 2014, in order to coordinate policy areas agents each involved effective for the successful development of these holidays.
The meeting, which was chaired by our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, and which was attended by Councillors of Public Safety and Celebration, Hermogenes Fernando Alcaraz and Mary, respectively, has been attended by representatives of various bodies acting during development of the festivity, such as the Captain of the Civil Guard and the Commander of Post, the Chief of the local police, the Civil Protection Coordinator and responsible for the Private Security Company that will develop their work during the holidays, as well as the Director of Emergency Relief and Red Cross.
The coordination meeting, which have been reviewed all safety aspects to be observed during the course of the Festival, has served to establish the framework within which the various troops involved and have set the media and people involved will make available to the public daily and at times of emergency or any incidents that occur.
