The Union On Saturday hosted a celebration of the Catholic Church, as is the ordination of two new priests who have successfully passed this last year training at the Major Seminary of the Diocese of Cartagena.Los new priests, Galo Leonel Coronell Hernandez and Pedro José González Najas, acquired their new religious status in a beautiful ceremony held inside a crowded Temple of Our Lady of the Rosary, under the chairmanship of Bishop of the Diocese, Jose Manuel Lorca Planes, and which the Eucharist was concelebrated by over sixty priests who came from throughout the Region of Murcia to welcome their new colleagues.
The event was attended by several councilors of municipal government team and our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, who took the opportunity to invite the Bishop to share with all unionenses celebration in honor of Our Lady the Virgin of the Rosary, patron of the town, during the coming festivity.
