Pinion House has hosted the ceremony for the award of the sixth edition of the Ruta de la Tapa Minera, in a ceremony attended by our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, Celebrations Councilwoman Mary Hermogenes, and President of the Association of Tourism Industry of La Union, Juan Carlos Perez.

The result of the popular vote in the routers content deposited in the ballot box located at participating has determined the following winners: First Prize, The Forge Tapas;

Second Prize, Bar Museum;

and Third Prize, the Edward Tapería Minera.

It also presented the awards to the participants and citizens in this edition which went to: Weekend in Entremares Hotel La Manga del Mar Menor, Cristina García Liarte;

Meal for two people at Restaurant El vinegar maker, Francisca Hernandez Abellan;

Doubles winners Entries for the Festival del Cante de las Minas, Maria Belen Gómez Moral, Rocío Sánchez Lozano, Francisco Clemente Garcia, Carmen Garcia and Jose Luis Mas Quereda García;

Double Tickets to the Mining Park, Miguel Marín Alarcón, José Esteban Pérez Ros, José Miguel García Mojica, and Cristina Sánchez Lozano.

Francisco Barnabas wanted to congratulate all catering establishments without exception because, regardless of the voting results, the truth is that everyone has shown a high gastronomic level and have managed to fill with joy and good atmosphere to our town.

The sixth edition of the Ruta de la Tapa Mining has completed over 40,000 covers sold, which is undoubtedly a great turnover.
