Our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, has decided to undertake a reorganization of responsibilities among the councilors of the government team in order to give, in his own words, "political impetus to the different areas of municipal management and to enhance the activity of each of the departments and their respective owners. "
The refurbishment, which has meant changes or new powers to 8 of the 10 councilors who make up the government team, whose main novelty creating a new area dedicated to promoting economic development and job creation, which has competence distributed to date on three different councils, which will have as its main priority the creation of wealth in the city, the arrival of new investment and job creation in the adoption of measures to support our businesses and entrepreneurs.
The distribution of councils now becomes the following:
Carlos Javier Martinez Ruiz (Deputy Mayor): AREA PRESIDENT AND PROMOTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY. - Comprehensive of the following subjects: Presidency Spokesperson, Strategic Projects, European Projects, Institutional Relations, Tourism, Museums, Sports, Sports and New Technologies .
Julio Garcia Cegarra (Second Major): AREA OF EDUCATION, CULTURE, YOUTH AND CELEBRATIONS ATTENTION CITIZENS. - Comprehensive of the following subjects: Education, Centers Child Care, Culture, Cante de las Minas Foundation, Foundation Asensio Sáez , Easter, Youth, Celebrations, Citizen, Citizen Participation, Associations, Consumer and Markets neighborhoods and districts.
Liarte Antonio Perez (Third Deputy Mayor): PROMOTION AREA ECONOMIC, EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL POLICY. - Comprehensive of the following subjects: Economic Development, Local Development, Business Development, Industrial Estates, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Commerce, Crafts, Fairs Jobs, Training, Employment Workshop, Holiday Crafts, Social Services, Women, Seniors, Family, NGO's, Caritas and the Red Cross.
Ginés Raja Hernandez (Fourth Deputy Mayor): AREA OF TREASURY, INTERNAL RECRUITMENT AND POLICY. - Comprehensive the following areas: Finance, Control expenses and income Tax Inspectorate, Budgets, Collection, Treasury, Intervention, Revenue and Charges, Personal , Recruitment, Real Estate inventoried, Land Heritage Organization Administrative Services, Statistics, Control and Coordination of Municipal Projects, Asset Liability, Municipal Service Company (USM), Municipal Archives and Libraries, Grants and concessions.
Salvador Martínez Hernández (Fifth Deputy Mayor): URBAN AREA, INDUSTRIAL, ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY. - Comprehensive the following areas: Technical Services, Planning, Housing, Infrastructure, Urban Maintenance and Municipal Facilities, Cemeteries, Warehouse Municipal, Industry and Environment, Safety, Local Police, Civil, Traffic, Transport and Health.
Laura Vicente Gilabert, Councillor for Tourism, Museums, Sports, Sports and New Technologies.
Hermogenes Maria Carreno Youth Councillor, Celebrations, Citizen, Citizen Participation, Associations, Consumer and Markets neighborhoods and districts.
