La Peña Flamenca El Ventorrillo Cultural and Mine, consisting of 25 members of flamenco lovers, whose tent filled with atmosphere and color night on Avenue Festival of Flamenco, Stone has granted `Honorable 'Sing the Foundation of the Mines during the ninth edition of the gala organized annually.
The award was received by the Deputy Mayor of Culture of the City of La Union and Director of the International Festival del Cante de las Minas, Julio Garcia Cegarra who, on behalf of the Foundation Cante de las Minas, thanked the award from the Rock the Mine tavern.
"We are thrilled, as it recognizes our work for flamenco and more in a year marked by the internationalization of the competition," said Julio Garcia.
The Stone `Honorable 'is given to those persons or entities outside the Rock to help with their effort and work to success, year after year, the Festival Internacional del Cante de las Minas.
Also, at the traditional gala held in Finca Los Steaks, saw the delivery of the `Stone Mining 'as compensation to members of the same rock, which this year went to Salvador Nieto Ros.
The evening was enlivened by the performance of Cachivela flamenco group.
