The Restaurant The vinegar maker, La Union, has organized for this coming weekend the First Meeting of Haute Cuisine by Cantes Levante Flemish cuisine and meeting the highest level, with the collaboration of the Cante de las Mines, Storage and Brewing Enologus Estrella de Levante.

The presentation was made this morning at the Tourism Qualification Centre Region of Murcia, and the same was attended by the Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Region of Murcia, Pedro Alberto Cruz, the mayor of La Union and Executive Chairman Cante de las Minas Foundation, Francisco Bernabé, and the Managing Director of Restaurant vinegar maker, Fernando Martinez, also having the presence of the chefs who will participate in this conference and are Pablo González (Restaurant La Cabana), Paul Martinez (Restaurant ARQUA and Eszencia), David Lopez (Tourism Qualification Centre), Carlos Perez (Finca Mayor) and Mamen Pini (Restaurant vinegar maker).

They have highlighted the novelty that will mean this meeting in the sense that the cooks will alternate for their dishes live in front of the guests as they perform live songs and melodies of our land.

The meeting will develop over this coming weekend, the 5th, 6th and 7th July at lunch and dinner services.
