The Tribute to Honor Residents of La Union and the first edition of the Festival of Bands.

At night, locals and visitors thronged the streets to watch the parade of floats.

And culminating ten days of celebrations, in which an estimated municipal attended between 60,000 and 70,000 people in computing accumulated.

Our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, thinks that this holiday of 2012 have been, "probably the most popular participatory event ever recorded by the Union throughout its history."

The busiest acts that took place in addition to the Parade of Costumes and Floats Parade, were the nightly concerts and paella contest, attended by more than 80 groups of cooks.
