The Monitoring Committee for the development of the Strategic Project Portman Bay, this morning held a further meeting in Murcia, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
During the meeting was presented by the Director General of Energy and Mines, the advance of final protocol that will set the parameters to determine which will be the soils of the Sierra Minera, in the vicinity of the Bay, in which will be able to make sustainable tourism development and high quality which aims to provide in the future in this prime location.
At this time, they will begin the process for determining the technical studies which will be those areas where the above developments will take place.
Moreover, the Director General for Transport and Ports, has also presented a preview of the findings of economic feasibility study that determines how the best deal for the new marina and fishing port which includes Alternative 2, which has the favorable environmental impact statement, and which will incorporate the recovery of the old port for fishing and sport harbor, and the full integration and recovery of the assets and environmental surroundings.
