Likewise, the mayor has been reported that shall provide housing in accordance with the parameters set by the Ministry of Environment, while always respecting the areas protected for their environmental value, cultural or mining.

In this sense, Barnabas has outlined "a model tourist looking for high quality and stable throughout the year, fleeing the crowds and you will be able to generate at least 2,000 direct jobs permanently, as it is a beautiful place where we carefully executed to the last detail. "

The Commission has agreed that a delegation will be composed, in addition to the City Council, the General Directorates of Planning and Housing, Transport and Ports, Tourism, Environment and Industry, Energy and Mines, all under control Office for Coordination and Monitoring of major projects.

It is expected that the works of Bay Regeneration commence before the end of this year and will last at least two to three years, after which it will execute the work of building the new marina and fishing for at least another two years' .
