Miralles has claimed, during his speech, "a National Water Pact, in which we agree all the autonomous communities governed by the PP and in which we invite to participate to the rest of political formations, as defends our national president, Pablo Casado. "
At this point, he stressed that "water is life and in the Region we need it because if we do not have water we will become, sooner rather than later, a desert area".
